We are constantly involved with educating ourselves when it comes to providing you and your pet with the best services in the pet care industry. We are currently using the Iv San Bernard & Mauro shampoo & conditioning products at our salon. Each of these product lines have been specifically formulated to clean, protect and replenish the coats natural oils, reducing skin dryness and irritation. I believe it’s important to have a variety of products to chose from because not all dogs skin and coat are the same.
For the complete spa experience we do offer the Madra Mor mud masks. There are 4 different types of Madra Mud that can be used to help rejuvenate and treat dogs with skin issues like: dry itchy skin, hot spots, yeast, and excessive shedding. When we’re not at the shop grooming we are attending grooming seminars and conferences. It allows us to stay up to date and educated on all the changes in this industry. There is quite a bit of science that has been done on your pets skin and coat that we think it is important to stay up to date on the newest products and therapies on the market.
I am excited to announce that I’m now able to offer my customers the same product options that I use in the salon. You no longer need to go out and buy subpar shampoos for your pets! I am currently carrying Mauro shampoos, conditioners and body mists at my salon for resale.
New Puppy Parents
If you are a new puppy parent, we highly encourage you to bring in your puppy for a face/nail trim for $10 up to 16 weeks of age once a week if possible. This helps your puppy get accustomed to us and the grooming process.

We also offer hand stripping services. Hand stripping is a type of grooming method that removes excess hair from the root in order to allow a new, healthy coat to grow in. Call for pricing.
Double Coated Breeds
Since studies have shown that our double coated breeds need this coat to act as their armor. Its not only protection from the cold but also from the heat. Dogs have no melanin in their skin so shaving this coat off can put them at risk of skin cancer, in addition to permanently damaging the coat it and reduce your pets ability to cool it’s self by 10 degrees during the hot summer months . So as an alternative for our double coated breeds I offer an Outline trim. This is the bath, brush-out, light undercoat removal, and trimming of the excess feathering giving your pup a nice clean tight look. If the shedding is an issue for you consider adding some of our exceptional deshedding treatments like or Madra Mor Mud deshedding mud mask or TheraClean micro bubble bath.
